Why is the status of my order "cancelled"?Updated 2 months ago

Your order may be cancelled if the article ordered is out of stock. If the article is out of stock, a refund notification will be sent to you right after the cancellation of your order.

Please note than when stock is low, it may be the case that many customers have ordered the same item. In that case, orders are chronologically prepared and when our physical stock is depleted, the system triggers an automatic refund for the items that could not be packed.
